FOR Parents and Adults - Reflection Game - Snow

"Reflection” - At the end of the day, it can be a great time to reflect.

If you had a good day, take a moment to appreciate the meaningful moments, the fun experiences, and everything that brought you joy.

Or maybe you had a difficult day. In that case, take time to reflect on how things unfolded. Could anything have gone differently? If so, consider what you might have done. If not, practice compassion—both for yourself and others. If the day was difficult because of someone else's actions, extend understanding where possible. And if it was simply due to chance, allow yourself to let it go.

I am ready to go to bed and just took 5 deep breaths and feel very calm and ready to relax. It is a great time to reflect on the day:

This morning was beautiful, and I really enjoyed going out into the fresh snow with the dogs. They seemed to play more energetically than usual, which was fun to watch.

After that, I had to head to work. Fortunately, the roads were mostly cleared, but it still took extra time to warm up the car and brush off the snow. Next time it snows, I want to remember to allow more time in the morning so I can be better prepared. I barely made it to work on time, which made me a little nervous.

Thankfully, everything worked out—I was able to get all my work done, and that feels really good.
